INVENTORY

We carry out mostly Pre-Harvest, Five Year Pre-Harvest and Mid-Rotation Inventory but also regularly establish Quality Control Plots on planting, pruning and thinning work.
To capture the data we use the most commonsoftware "Plotsafe".
At present we have contracts for three major forest managers and also work for numerous smaller clients all over NZ and Australia.

VALUATIONS

With Valuations we can do as little or as much you would like. If you already know the size of the area we can just establish plots and run the data to give you how many tonnes of each log grade you will get and a current price for each grade.
Alternatively we can map the area, establish plots, run the data, estimate roading, logging and transport costs to the best market from your location and then give you a written report stating costs and income if logged now. It is also possible for us to "grow" the trees electronically for up to two years to see how much the total volume and the value will increase.   


ETs, carbon credits

With the "ETS" or "Carbon Credit Plots" we can establish the plots and we can also remeasure them when required.

LIDAR

One of the new services we offer is the measurement of LiDAR plots. These plots are to verify the information which has been gathered by LiDAR.
